HACIENDA DEL ÁLAMO HOTEL & SPA GOLF RESORT is a project located in the Municipality of Fuente Álamo, 30 minutes from the main beaches of the Costa Cálida and about 20 minutes from the International Airport of the Region of Murcia.
The Complex is a “Gated Resort” and has 24-hour surveillance and an entrance with access control. It boasts an 18-hole golf course thatis one of the longest in Spain (6,724 metres) and offers wide fairways, well-placed bunkers and several lakes and waterfalls that make for an attractive and exciting round of golf.
Its “Club House” offers, in addition to green fees, a golf shop, Golf School, Restaurant and Bar.
At the heart of the Resort is the 5* Hotel “ONA Hacienda del Álamo Hotel & SPA” with 150 rooms and all the leisure and restaurant services typical of a Hotel of this category: Restaurant, Bar, Gym as well as an elegant SPA.
The ”Pueblo Español” is the area of the Resort where most of the services are located: restaurants, bars, and supermarket.
The “El Oasis” apartments are located a short walk from both the Pueblo Español and its bars and shops, as well as the Hotel and Club House. All the apartments have large terraces with a mini pool and, in addition, they have a green area with a communal pool and tennis court.

The “EL OASIS” apartments are distributed in blocks of 8 apartments each. Each block has 4 houses on the ground floor and another 4 on the first floor. In this way you can choose which floor you want and if you prefer a central apartment or in a corner of the block.
You can also choose different orientations and views: to the mountains, to the pool and green areas and some to the golf course.
All the apartments have large terraces, from 19 to 58 m2 and all of them, both on the ground floor and on the first floor, have a mini pool of 1.5 x 2 meters on the terrace.
To make it easier to enter your new home, the apartments are delivered ready to live, with hot and cold air conditioning, kitchen with hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The rest of the house is fully furnished with the furniture that you see in the photographs, and when you visit the apartment.
You do not need to spend money to adapt the house to your needs and you can move in the same day you buy it.
A walking distance from the El OASIS apartments, is “El Pueblo Español” where, simulating the streets and square of a small typical Spanish town, there are several restaurants, bars and a supermarket.
A few meters further on is the 5* Hotel “ONA Hacienda del Álamo” with a bar, restaurant, gym and SPA.
Next to the Hotel is the Club House where, in addition to the services of the Golf Club, it also has a bar and restaurant.
